Bazaarvoice, Inc., the leading provider of product reviews and user-generated content (UGC) solutions plans further development in Lithuania
Bazaarvoice who first established a branch in Vilnius a year ago, plan to implement further development in Lithuania. 80 people have already been recruited to work at a Customer Technical Support Centre, and the company is planning to expand its services in Lithuania and will employ a total of 100 people by the end of 2019.

A tenth of its employees in Lithuania
Bazaarvoice was founded in 2005, and currently has ten branches operating in cities on three continents: Austin (head office), Belfast, Benelux, Chicago, London, Munich, New York, Paris, Sydney and Vilnius.
10 percent of the companies total employees are from Lithuania. Bazaarvoice is known for its unique culture and strong core values, which consist of: performance, innovation, authenticity, respect, generosity, teamwork and passion.

In Vilnius, Bazaarvoice is creating high added-value jobs such as, technical support analysts, service operators, finance and technical deployment engineers.
There are also plans for a further relocation to Lithuania and to search locally for 20 qualified specialists in the near future that will include: technical support engineers, full stack developers and service brand coordinators.

Bazaarvoice publishes all vacant positions on its official website and the new employees are trained for one to two weeks at one of the company’s offices either in Austin (Texas, USA) or in London (UK).

Each month in the Bazaarvoice Network, more than a billion consumers view and share authentic content including reviews, questions and answers, and social photos across 6,000 brand and retail websites. Across the network, Bazaarvoice captures data that powers high-efficiency digital advertising and personalization with unmatched relevance.
At the Lithuanian branch, employees provide technical assistance to Bazaarvoice customers – brands and retailers.
Throughout the company network, there were more than 66.8 million reviews, 2.2 million photos and 6.3 million questions posted in 2018 alone. This unique content, which was created by users, makes it possible to generate a huge amount of page views – around 5.8 billion – and to reach 1.1 billion shoppers each month.
