As of today, the municipality has resumed contact customer service
Taking into account a decline in coronavirus infection rates and the lifting of lockdown in Lithuania as of 1 July, the Vilnius City Municipality (Konstitucijos Ave. 3) has gone back to providing contact customer service.
Of course, all the services are still conveniently and safety offered online at https://paslaugos.vilnius.lt/ or sending inquiries by -email savivaldybe@vilnius.lt.
“Successful remote service of residents of the city lasting since the first lockdown has demonstrated that in the dynamic daily life of residents of a metropolis, contact service is already an alternative option rather than the first choice. People choose not to waste time on unnecessary visits”, – said Lina Koriznienė, Director of Municipality Administration. “Of course, we always welcome residents, who find the use of modern technologies a challenge, in our customer service center.”
The customer service center will be even more convenient for residents of Vilnius: not only specialists of the municipality, but also of its group companies, including UAB Vilniaus Vandenys, AB Vilniaus Šilumos Tinklai, SĮ Susisiekimo Paslaugos, SĮ Vilniaus Atliekų Sistemos Administratorius (VASA), SĮ Vilniaus Miesto Būstas and the Civil Registry Division, will consult and provide services on the first floor of the municipality building.
Another novelty is the establishment of two more positions for advisors on social benefit and support-related matters and for Ignitis specialists advising on electricity and gas supply-related issues.
General customer service center phone number – 19118.
