Self-defence courses for women from Ukraine
Women from Ukraine and other countries who have arrived and found refuge in Lithuania do not find it easy to integrate into society, and can become easy victims of abuse. The Ribiškės community invites women from Ukraine and other countries to a self-defence and emergency preparedness course, which will be held from 21 September to 9 October.
The training will take place at the Liepkalnis School in Vilnius (Liepkalnio Street 18, Vilnius).
The training will be conducted by Balys Viršutis, a representative of the European Security Academy for the Baltic States and a certified tactics instructor.
Trainings will be video-recorded and photographed.
The project is funded by the Vilnius City Municipality and the Ministry of Social Security and Labour.
Registration is mandatory (e-mailing to [email protected]).
